I love the variety in the workouts! I'm always excited to see what the day's workout will be. I feel challenged in the workout, but I never feel like I can't handle it. The energy in the room is amazing, and the coaches are always encouraging and motivating. I've made some great friends, who I love working out next to. I feel like I get a great workout every time, and everyone I have interacted with at Orangetheory is so kind. I would recommend it to anyone!

I will say it and I'll say it again and again and again.. this place is incredible! All of the instructors are very outgoing and genuine. They make a personal connection with each individual signed up for OTH, which makes you feel so welcomed and important in class. The workouts are also awesome! Each day is something different, challenging and yet fun. I have not pushed myself to these limits since high school sports, and its great to know that each time I show up, I am getting a hard, yet doable workout in. The technology (heart monitor) and science behind OTH, gives me reassurance that I have worked hard each class, and will continue to push myself to get better in future classes.

This is a gym for every fitness level. I'm a non-fit person and I really enjoy the workouts. It is a mix of treadmill, rowers, and free weights. You choose if you walk or run on the treadmills. The classes are different everyday. The coaches are amazing.

Great work out! The coaches are approachable and willing to work with you on any goal you may have. What I love most about Orange Theory is you are constantly competing against YOURSELF. I run a faster mile now than I did as a high school athlete (10+ years ago).

I have been attending OTF Lincoln since it opened in February. It is the best workout in lincoln. The staff and coaches are very welcoming, no mater your fitness level, and they push you to become your best self.

Absolutely love OTF!! An amazing workout for anyone to do at their own pace! All of the coaches are so motivating and make all of the workouts fun. Would highly recommend.

I love Orangetheory! I would recommend it to anyone, especially those looking for a workout with an accountability system. I appreciate the staff and the coaches that push me and encourage me during each workout.

Great staff and happy Lincoln finally decided to have one. Music during class is legit and it's YOU vs YOU! Nobody else, yet still have a great support group around you. The staff is awesome; I love the way they make me feel when I go there. I'm big in the fitness world and would seriously recommend this place to anyone, regardless of experience, body size or goals. It's seriously a studio for everyone - I love it!
