It's a wonderful gym, but it's has lots of favoritism from the staff during this COVID-19 30 minutes max in the gym.

The Gym manager, Christy, is rude as can be. Says a lot about a business when their management and the owners are not very friendly.

Best gym in town. I don't need to tell you why, just walk inside and you'll know why! Best equipment, locker rooms, sauna, free weights, bootcamps, and the list goes on. They are the best, plus, no contracts! What is this, the 21st century and pretty much every gym has to lock you into a contract to keep you. GLF absolutely crushes the competition. If you disagree, they won't charge you to leave! :p Come findout why people join GLF to stay!

I came here after being in a fitness rut and needing a change up and fell in love. I am from Denver and went to school at Lincoln so I have plenty of gyms and options to choose from at home and have yet to find one I love as much as I loved Goodlife! Everyone from the staff to people working out encourage you and push you without it being overwhemling. Wish I could give it more stars! Wanting them to come to Colorado asap.
Outstanding gym! Excellent and helpful employees, wonderful facility (Hwy 2, haven't been to the one on Van Dorn), quality equipment, and supportive atmosphere. Have attended regularly for six months, and have had a great experience.

They advertise a free week but I was not allowed that because my main address is out of state. I'm working temporarily in Lincoln for 3-9 months and was still not allowed. Take your business elsewhere to places that will give you the offers they advertise.

THE BEST GYM IN LINCOLN. Excellent customer service, no hidden fees, great facility maintenance, great value for the money. Their boot camp program is totally worth every single penny. The nutritionists are extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I have tried other gyms in Lincoln and this one tops them all. Cannot wait until the new facility is finished. Don't waste your time at other more expensive gyms, Good Life has everything you need and more! Plus, drop ins for guests are only $5! The women's only gym is a nice amenity & the locker rooms are always clean. I've never had any complaints about this gym except for the fact that it is almost always busy (for good reason).
