Attuned teachers. Young ones put everything they can into the practice. There is some kind of communication about how the business is ran, that I am not getting as a neutral regular citizen. Am I not listening or asking enough questions? I bought a pass for eight(?) sessions. Six months later I was told the passes expire. They forgive once by holding the expired ones.
So I have three months to use the visits and I use the website's main studio schedule to know when to arrive. There was an unfamiliar sight of open parking spaces in the back. The studio was dark and the door was locked. There was no signage to be seen. I walked around to the front to see if people were arriving . There were no schedules in the schedule mailbox and the Flyers were outdated. I checked the schedule again and returned at the next session time listed on the website and did the same thing all over again. I came home and my neighbor knew that they were never open during the summer. As if the business is for people who just know the place. I went back to the website and found the announcements link that said they would be open all summer with one teacher. And I have to use up all seven of my visits in one month with a lesser crew of instructors and fewer times to do so.
