Very Enjoyable yoga class at a very inviting 2nd-floor studio . Classes are taught in the traditional Indian style: non-competitive. You are taught to follow your body and mind into the pose, without judging or comparing yourself or others.... more
Attuned teachers. Young ones put everything they can into the practice. There is some kind of communication about how the business is ran, that I am not getting as a neutral regular citizen.... more
