Probably the worst place a person could go to.
Snap Fitness is great at both locations in Great Falls. Now that the new management has taken over the place is always clean and up-to-date. There have been some equipment updates and now you have everything you need to get a good workout in. Also the Manager Logan is a great personal trainer. He helped me get to where I wanted to be and helped me get toned. He really focused on all my weaknesses and improved my strength. I would highly recommend this place to workout. Plus, this gym is open 24 hours so it works with whatever hour you want to come and workout.

The new management has really cleaned up the place. A new treadmill really is a nice addition and the place is always clean and well kept. The membership really takes ownership of the place and I always feel safe no matter what time of day I work out. It only cost me $25.00 to join and I only had to sign a 30 day contract.
This place sucks, I was willing to give it a try in spite of horrid reviews, sorry I did called 4 times got an answering machine, showed up at 4pm sign on the place clearly states staffed 3 to 7pm. Door was locked. Snap is a franchise if you get treated with this same amount of apathy do what I'm going to do file a complaint with the franchise itself, whomever is managing this particular place doesn't deserve to, they are certainly damaging the franchise. One can only hope the franchise itself gives a damn.
The Open House Banner in the front window would make one believe that they actually want new members. Sadly, that is clearly just not the case. I personally have tried 2x now just to get a pass to try it out. But the helpless staff never seems to actually work during the times that are said to be staffed. I went through a terrible ordeal with them when I first moved to montana just over a year ago. After speaking with management and being told to show up to this location at said time only for the staff to never be there, I simply gave up and took a refund.
Here I am a year later and the exact same thing is happening all over again. And its not just me. While I waited around for Logan, who is the staff member that was supposed to be staffing during the 4-7pm hours, i watched 5 other people walk up, pull on the locked door, peer in for staff, call the number on the banner in the window, curse Snap Fitness and walk away. I mean seriously, you obviously don't want new members, so why do you even bother to advertise as such. Just put up a banner that reads: We Don't Want New Members Here. And at the bottom, instead of putting a phone number that just rings until it goes to an answering machine that never gets checked, just put: Stop Calling Us.
Obviously, they're time is much more important than ours. And even management doesn't seem to care. I honestly don't know how this location stays in business. So don't waste your time trying to contact them. I hear the other location across town actually cares.
When I was going there, they never cleaned the carpet after someone vomited, three weeks of stench I did not return, yes the manager was notified. Recomend you run very fast in the other direction!
I come here to lift things and move them around. Need to get back into it now that I have a daughter relying on me.
