I would not recommend this style of working out if you are trying to get back into shape. They seemed more interested in scores then proper technique. I tried this place in the Fall of 2018, and at the time I was in shape but did not frequently go to the gym. I did a trial session with a group and did my best to do the workout correctly and mimic the other members in the group. I did not get much/any feedback during and ended up throwing my back out, which took over a month to recover. Be careful you don't do more harm then good.
