I love my Curves. It is a great place to work out. Fun with other women. I can let my hair down, chat, say hi to others. If I am gone for awhile I am missed and so am always motivated to get back to working out. I also love that it is free with my Silver Sneakers. Yeah!!!!

Not your normal fitness center, better. A mindless way to workout, Curves has taken the thinking out of working out and set up a system that works. Visit the website for more info. This Curves is clean, has changing rooms, and friendly staff. Monthly membership is affordable.

The staff is great and the exercising ladies are inspiring. Great, quick circuit training that gets you in and out in a 1/2 hour. Early hours if you want to get your workout in before work. Come as you are and get your workout done !!
