If your looking for a great martial arts studio this is the one! My daughter has gained so much since going. She was so shy and had many issues with peers at school with bullying, her self confidence was kicked into the dirt but she has gained that back and has respect for herself and others! They teach her more than martial arts but life skills! Although it can be a fun environment for the students they are also stern and yet are still so personable with each and every one of them!
