Love this studio. It is rooted in the dharma and the teachings of yoga lineage. Grateful to have this resource in the midwest.. The studio is really warm and welcoming. I took a couple classes there and felt the experience was an authentic yoga experience as oppose to an exercise glass using yoga poses.... more
Excellent facility with options for everybody's workout style. Gorgeous pools and atmosphere. Only wish it was 24h. Very clean, but one thing would be the seating area is really small had peoples knees on my back and I went for a swim meet yikes.... more
