Rebecca is a great therapist and teacher. Her place is very zen.. I had been experiencing a lot of upper body and shoulder pain so I went in for a deep tissue massage. Rebecca worked her magic, and so far, I've been three weeks pain free! Highly recommend & will be back again.... more
Great atmosphere. There is lots of equipment and good classes! The locker room could use an upgrade. . It's cozy and has a more relaxed atmosphere than many larger gyms. Although smaller, they've made some excellent equipment choices, especially as applies to aerobic stuff.... more
Excellent facility with options for everybody's workout style. Gorgeous pools and atmosphere. Only wish it was 24h. Very clean, but one thing would be the seating area is really small had peoples knees on my back and I went for a swim meet yikes.... more
