Love this studio. It is rooted in the dharma and the teachings of yoga lineage. Grateful to have this resource in the midwest..I have taken the Sunday morning community yoga class 3 times with Chelsea and love it! I joined this CrossFit gym new to the sport entirely one year ago. Out of all the boxes I researched, I was truly impressed by this one and their training staff. For the competition elite, Fringe is definitely the place.... more

Excellent facility with options for everybody's workout style. Gorgeous pools and atmosphere. Only wish it was 24h.Very clean, but one thing would be the seating area is really small had peoples knees on my back and I went for a swim meet yikes.... more

Love working out at 9 Round! There are no class times, rounds start every 3 minutes so there are no excuses for not going. Trainers are friendly and very helpful..Would give zero if I could.... more
