Great local gym to get a workout!.I use to be so against paying money for a gym class like CrossFit but the coaches and members here in Fondren have really made me sound hypocritical! My money has been getting put to good use here every class I attend with every new move I learn or every old move the coaches correct .... more

I used to love this gym. The hours are awesome. The staff has had some hiccups but used to be consistent. Now though, I'm done. I have been charged the entire time of the pandemic. That's absurd.... more
