Great local gym to get a workout!
I use to be so against paying money for a gym class like CrossFit (or F45 / Orange Theory etc) but the coaches and members here in Fondren have really made me sound hypocritical! My money has been getting put to good use here every class I attend with every new move I learn or every old move the coaches correct (I think I have been doing squats wrong for 23 years). All the members as well as the coaches are friendly and constantly motivating, wanting you to do your best. The workouts work for every individual in the class and the coaches really work with you to make the workout specific to you. I thank CrossFit Fondren for reminding me I can have some fun while also passing away during a workout :)
