PF has an excellent assortment of equipment. Better than almost any other gym I have used. Clean facilities. Staff are very friendly. No rude disruptive customers. Good fee structure. My one complaint is the music selection. There is way too much rap and hip hop constantly playing in the locker room. Not all of us have acquired a taste for this kind of music(?). This stuff is not real music anyway. Give us some rock n roll. Or R&B or straight blues.

I just became a PF member through Silver Sneakers. Everyone I've met so far at the location in St. Cloud has been friendly and helpful. An incredible young lady named Julia provided me a wonderful tour of the facility. It looks like a great place to work out and is in a convenient location and easily accessible location. The site manager, Chris, was personable and signed me up almost instantly. He made it very easy to quickly engage. I met my trainer Spencer this week for orientation and his knowledge about the equipment and how to help me already seems impressive. I start my new fitness program next Monday with a personal training plan all laid out for me with 4-6 individual sessions. I am looking forward to beginning this adventure into my physical well-being.

BEWARE!!! ONE of the worse gyms ever! After being cyberstalked by their employees, and membership was cancelled when I was not there, and to attack my morale character. The same moral character that gives me a Clearance in the Navy. Just be aware that if you are a consumer with a facebook account and if the staff does not like you, they may use that facebook information to cyberstalk you and use the information to cancel your membership. They do this to benefit those on their staff.

Terrible didn't feel welcome. Judge free zone is a lie. If you drop the weights they set off an alarm and call you out. And they offer unhealthy snacks. Terrible gym

Awesome! I first came in a month ago, cause I needed to sign up for gym membership. Not only did the guy at the counter help and give me tons of information about the gym membership, I was given a tour around PF gym! I love St. Cloud PF! I recommended it to many of my other coworkers who currently go there now too! Amazing job.

I have not entered this planet fitness in a year. To end your membership they will not call or notify you when it is over and keep charging you instead of asking for your permission to renew. Today I was charged 41 dollars that i had NO notification from text, email or call on the 1st where my payments typically go out of my account around the 18th. RIGHT when I sent a letter in the mail to cancel. I hope to get a refund but I have had a lot of attitude from the people that work here when I tried to close my membership early because I no longer lived in St.cloud. So be WARNED if you move somewhere else these people will give you issues and they are very rude over the phone.

When I first signed up, the person who took my info included the check number with the account number, so the first months payment was rejected. When I called to fix it, they said I had to go in person. One of the gals behind the counter took an attitude with me about the rejected payment until I made it clear that it was their fault, then she walked away and let the other person handle it. No apology. After a year of not using this, I call to cancel. Nowhere on the website does it specify anything about cancelation policies other than to call, and then when you call they tell you to go in person. You have to cancel 7 days prior to the due date to stop the payment, FYI. They do not send any kind of reminder about the annual fee either. I'd give 1 star for the snobby attitudes I encountered, but the facility is pretty nice if you can avoid ever talking to anyone.

Honestly, if I could give a 0-stars I would. Facility is good and all, but so many issues with this place I wonder how long it'll be open. Open little over a year, and I can see why an dhow people come through, the price of the gym membership.
The customer service is horrible, every time I go in to the St. Cloud location. Never a proper greeting for a business, or even a hi or hello. This is a place of business, and the only thing I ever receive is, "Oh ok we'll have you been here before. Okay, what's your phone number." And of course, this is in due part to my guest I bring. Never of a regular, common greeting, nothing.
Then upon asking if I can bring in my own jump rope, I understand not bringing in our own equipment, but what gets me even more upset; seeing other people bring in yoga mats, their jump ropes, etc. and, yet I get in trouble just for bringing mine.
Then let's not start with the staff, again. Even the Manager has a dialect in which is not what should be for a Manager. Her present state of enthusiasm from talking with me, and my usual guest, is complete sh**. Then the staff in the morning sometimes is horrible with just asking simple minded questions, and I mean shoot if you don't know, and other people don't as well, use the new age of technology to look it up.
I truly want to continue on with all the cons, and express the pros to this POS establishment, but what good would it do when it's the usual thing, day in and day out. Even with suggestions, none of the staff ever wants to hear it, or let alone, act upon implementation of those suggestions.
If only there was another gym around that offered these prices, but nope. Have to put up with this unfortunately...

By far the best Planet Fitness ever. This one worker, I think Bridget, was so helpful in getting my membership started. She even was there for me when I had my 3am fitness run one day! Superb customer service!

Personally not a fan of gyms but Planet fitness is great. Lots of equipment to use and the members come in all shapes, sizes, and origins. Which is awesome, it's nice to see a gym that accepts everyone and you don't feel like you are competing with all the super fit guys. Just a really inviting atmosphere.

Place is clean, equipment works good. The staff they had when I first got my membership sucked. Most of them didn't really know what they were doing much less anything about fitness. I think they've hired some new people since I decided to go back after issues with nobody knowing the correct information, AT ALL, in regards to membership fees. Management was completely unprofessional and the whole situation.

Had nothing but issues. Two employees were rude and so was the manager.
They kept claiming that we never paid our fee even though we had, this location also kept trying to pull money from our account on days that payments were NOT due. We even talked to the manager, but upon calling her after an incident with two rude employees, she claimed to have never spoken with us. Wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. Switching to the YMCA where the staff are friendlier.

Which is awesome, it's nice to see a gym that accepts everyone and you don't feel like you are competing with all the super fit guys. Just a really inviting atmosphere.
