Amazing salt water pool, though shallow and a bit warm. Plenty of machines and weights, indoor track and much more. All around a great gym. Many cardio machines , session classes are good, swimming pool is good, it's maintained is good and serves excellent calories count food.... more
A nice time to go and support some local sports! The only thing I would complain about is that they have a very small parking lot, other than that, it seems like a really great environment and they have concessions for games and sometimes really great drink deals! A place you can take the entire family! Go support something alcohol and have fun!.... more
