Brilliant. I am new to yoga and to town, this place was an epic find. The instructors are very understanding if your new and will help you out. No matter your level, size, or build they have been very accommodating to give instructions on how to do moves safely. They never moved to slow or too fast. During the classes I never felt like I was overworking my body, but the next day I felt how hard I had worked!
Location is also Prime. Parking deck across the street, a block from the subway. Coffee shop, art studios, and a restaurant all in the same building.

Sweet little studio in Rochester! The owner was welcoming and very rooted in yogic philosophy. I loved the moon flow we did on a Monday night with yoga nidra.

Authentic...warm...welcoming, these are some of the characteristics Yoga Tribe embodies. As a resident and teacher in the community, Yoga Tribe has been a much needed self-care space for me to learn more about myself and continue my yoga practice journey. Yoga tribe has been a safe space for me with authentic teachers. Thank you!

Beautiful studio with lovely owner. So happy we found this studio on FB events this weekend as they were doing donation based teacher training classes for a great cause.
