If you want a place to work out...."where everyone knows your name"....Empowered Wellness is the place! There are a variety of classes to choose from...take one class, or three per day. There is such a variety that first of all, you will not be bored with your exercise. Secondly, you will get a great workout and have a blast doing it! You can try any class for free. Try it, you'll get hooked and wonder why you didn't start months ago! Working out has never been so much fun...

I enjoy the personal attention to what I need from my trainer, we created a program that fits my needs and life style. I love all the classes Empowered Wellness has to offer. Thank you Empowered Wellness for giving me a fitter me :o)
