Corporate yoga studio. Almost everything has a fee or charge of some sort.. FRAUD: They just denied paying with a membership with a gift card which is illegal. Says no where on the card that it can't be used for memberships and they just charged my GF another $160.... more
Beautiful space, wonderful teacher. Just what I needed after a long day of traveling.. Most of the teachers here are amazing, however there exists a "clubby" , somewhat elitist atmosphere where some clients and their relatives are treated much better than others.... more
They keep cancelling classes! :''( Very bad customer service when calling corporate too. 2/28/2018-You criminals you fixed the heat. The heat here is rocking now. I can only imagine how hard it is to get things right in the old building with big windows and no fans, but you did it.... more
I am so grateful for yoga sol and all of their wonderful instructors. They adjusted so well to everything that's been going on by offering virtual classes, and they always make me feel so welcome and comfortable in the space.... more

Come here to get fit and strong! They have solid instructors that are truly friendly and personal. The workouts are structured and work. I have tried nearly every class and enjoy all of them.... more

Inflexible policies, great yoga. I love the space at both their Minneapolis and St. Louis Park spaces. I met truly wonderful teachers and fellow students there and did a really great "Yoga For Transformation" series there.... more
If you want to do Iyengar yoga this would be a great place to start. I take classes with Joy Laine and find her to be a sensitive and adept instructor. There are all the props one would expect to find when doing the Iyengar method including a rope wall, bolsters, matts, etc.... more
