Great workout and awesome coaches. Love the above and beyond support staff has been giving us during the closure. Feels like more than a workout and like a community.
I have been a long time member and love the staff. However, when I was at class I was parked in their lot and my car was broken into.
The area has experienced a bunch of crime and OTF will not pay for cameras to protect their customers car in the lot. I discussed my situation with their owner Jon and he was not professional or respectful.
I love orange theory but would advise people to go to a different location.
I was visiting this studio location while out of town for a wedding and was super impressed with the staff! We were welcomed with a smile and a welcome sign with our names on it! I've never seen that at the locations I've visited. The front desk staff was super helpful and accommodating. I really enjoyed working out with Coach Heidi- very supportive and motivating. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely come back!
Absolutely love orange theory, it's been the only thing I've found that works for me as I've struggled to get back in to a work out routine the last few years. I love that I can show up and get a great workout without having to plan or think about what I'm going to do, I just show up! Trainers are great, Mallory and Peter are the best!
I love, love, love OT! It mixes up my workouts and you can workout to your level. Not one workout is ever the same. It challenges me and keep me on my toes! The coaches are amazing too. They will help you reach your fitness goals all around.
Trainers are rude and hostle, go to other locations not uptown. Management is indifferent when you complain, they do not value their long time customers. They do not treat you like a guest, they do not value your business, Ive been a member of otf for 18 months, i been to many locations in multiple states and had awesome experiences, however not at uptown. Avoid uptown. I was there with my brother, we were both shocked at how we were treated. Avoid uptown orangetheory.

I love this gym! I am always greeted with a smile from all the staff and the other people working out. I think that I am pushed towards realistic goals and I always look forward to going to class! I have definitely seen positive results in all aspects of my fitness and mood.
I've been a member for 2 years and love it. The workouts are never the same, so it keeps me stimulated compared to my last gym. Trainers are fun and know what they are talking about.
Although I very much enjoy the environment, workouts and trainers, I am giving it four out of five because I do often experience some pain and soreness that is repetition induced with so much focus on squats and lunges the knee/hip/low back area can feel overworked. Still recommend tho for an awesome intense workout.
With needing to travel for work, I have worked out at every OTF in MN and WI. The Uptown location is by far the best one! Although I also belong to Lifetime, there is nowhere better for a great cardio / interval workout than OTF. Results and entertaining trainers are a given!
Just joined Orangetheory at the new Uptown location and had two great experiences so far. The facility is brand new, crisp and roomy, with a large entryway for shaking off the snow in winters.
Workouts are super organized so that you can focus on staying in the right heartrate zone rather than always trying to figure out what activity to do.
Instructors and staff are friendly, really helpful and passionate but not pushy. Everybody is welcoming and everybody, especially staff, are non-judgmental--the atmosphere is so positive, and I feel terrific physical and emotional energy after a workout at OTF Uptown.

Great fitness club, friendly staff and trainers. The facilities are clean. Plenty of parking!
I definitely miss the old location, but Orange Theory is the only gym I've ever joined and the only one I plan to! The trainers are amazing at personalizing the workout to your needs with plenty of modifications to make the exercises harder or easier.
