My special place to find and be me. To start my day with mind body connection.
Lifetime is the best. Love the platinum membership and being able to go to different locations. Best Alpha equipment area. And love all the basketball courts. This location does a superb job of cleaning and maintaining their building, locker rooms, towels, steam room, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, LOTION. Many things other locations do not do.
I loved this gym. I typically don't write reviews however I give credit when they are due. I had an issue where I was being charged monthly after i had terminated my membership ONLY because I was moving to a new city. Called several times and got decent help but expected more. Finally I called the site today and spoke with a lovely lady Sheila (hope i spelled that right) and she found my paperwork and resolved my issues and did it very professionally. I appreciate her and quick response to taking care of my needs. Gym is amazing and staff is very friendly.
Generally, I like this gym. The equipment is up-to-date, the classes are challenging, the training staff is nice and there is some room to play basketball, go swimming, attend a studio cycle class and etc. The cafe has pretty good food and the child care center is a good option for parents who want to work out.
But there are drawbacks: the club is relatively small compared to other clubs with similar price-points.
The free-weight area is always crowded from 5-8:30 in the evening and from about 6-8 in the morning. They need to fix this -- either by expanding or changing the layout of the club.
The club has a number of free classes that offer an intense workout but so often the club markets fee-driven classes (and, worse, emphasizes those classes, with trainers playing music and kind of yelling at participants). It's not a huge deal but if you don't pay attention to the challenging workout classes that are free, you may wind up in a fee-specific class. On the whole, I like the club but there is room for improvement.

After some tough customer service experiences Zac was able to help me out in a calm and professional manner. Definitely a great guy to work with at this location!
It is good but they could use more space. There are a lot of members so you have to time when the best time to go. But the people in the cafe are nice and they do have a pool.
I was inappropriately and terrifyingly harassed by a male member of this gym. I immediately shouted out for help with no assistance from the several gym employees around. None of the subsequent conversations with several trainers, and ultimately the gym manager, ended satisfactory in my eyes as the victim. I felt they treated the situation as if it was not a serious problem. They didn't know how to handle instances of harassment and they did not stick by their commitment to prevent, halt, or hold this man responsible for his actions with severe consequences (I.E. removing this man's membership). Do not attend this gym--dangerous man still attending this location.
Company stole money from my account months after I came in to cancel my account and refused to reimburse me any money since I didn't have an e-mail saying it was canceled. I have witnesses that were with me when I canceled. Don't trust these crooks.
A lot of equipment options. Front desk people are nice. I usually try and go late at night when it isn't terribly busy so I can have machine options.
