It should not take 3 months to get a refund on a shirt for which I've paid and been waiting for longer than that. Customer service is MOOT at this place, once they have your money. Today they tell me, after months of trying to get a refund, that I have to contact corporate. Someone couldn't have told me this months ago when I cancelled the order?!?!

I am so glad I found I love kick boxing in Troy. The first thing that lured me was the amazing 3 class deal so I felt if I did try it and did not like it I was not out a ton of money. From the first class I was welcomed, given awesome instruction, and made to feel not intimidated due to my physical limitations . I was encouraged and the instructor was very patient and showed me the proper way to kickbox. Best decision I made to try it and now I am a member.

The instructors work with you to help you learn correct moves and form. After the first day I signed up for a membership because it was such a fun workout.

ILKB is a great place to workout! I love coming weekly and having a new routine each time. I can complete the routine at my own pace and still feel the burn. I'm so glad to have found this place so close to home!

The workout... Amazing! I was let go in a way that was inappropriate. The studio manager had no idea about health... Or kickboxing... 3 months training driving to Ohio to be sat on the floor and let go! For what it's worth I learned a lot and loved the workout.

iLoveKickboxing is the best work out I have done in years and a something I actually enjoy doing every day!! The staff is so friendly and always willing to help; they also make every class fun and are very motivational. Since joining I have already lost 15 lbs. and counting, I would definitely recommend this workout to everyone at any fitness level!!

The atmosphere is very fun, everyone is so welcoming. I purchased a groupon and came in, the introduction class was very pleasant, they will constantly let you know how you are dping and will do anything possible to motivate you. There are locker rooms and restrooms, the restrooms have pads, and deodorant in case you forgot yours, rubber bands and bobby pins, which is cute and useful. The lockers do not seem to be able to be locked and you cannot use your own lock, but nothing got lost or stolen. The area seems small but is just enough to get your workout.

The ILKB staff and members are all so supportive, the workout is fun (and lets me blow off some steam :p), and I ALWAYS leave feeling like I can conquer anything! Do yourself a favor and try it! (:
