I've been here about a year. I came because of the coach. And i live close. It's always getting better. Solid strength training cycle combined with Olympic lifting and plenty metabolic conditioning work. Keeps my weight in check even when my appetite is running wild. And my strength has improved significantly.
The equipment is solid. Showers and changing room available. Good instruction and guidance. Encouraging environment even for beginners. And it's a good place to learn about other fun physical fitness centered events.
Even if you're used to working out solo, 1-2 months here will teach you an enormous amount about fitness, exercise, proper form, and diet.
