I just had the pleasure of working with Marie, who was out on the sales floor. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile. She was talking with another worker & stopped her conversation to assist me when she saw me waiting. She addressed my concern immediately- and even went out of her way to lend me some extra help. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with this location and will return, simply because of the gratitude that I have for the employees, such as Marie. Thank you Lululemon!!
Like many other reviewers, I had a terrible experience with the "educators" and left the store without a resolution and feeling insulted. This is clearly a management/corporate issue. I attempted to return a pair of intact, current style leggings with the hang tag still swinging. Instead of working with me, the sales associate accused me of purchasing them off of Poshmark. I had regularly purchased Lululemon apparel for myself and my husband, but will no longer spend my money at a business with such appalling customer service. From reading the other reviews, it appears the "educators" profile their customers: if you are not young, white and sporty-looking you will be overlooked and unassisted.
Awesome brand and such comfortable threads. Really enjoy their clothing line. Never had any negative vibes. The staff was a little anxious but they must have pressure to make sales maybe, no biggie. Love their sportswear to care about the small stuff, business is business. Go Lulu!
Went in looking for a cute bag (I saw them online and wanted to check them out in person) and immediately felt out of place. I don't do yoga, I was literally in there for a bag and a sales associate followed me through the whole store asking me if I did yoga, if I would ever consider yoga, how she enjoys hot yoga, how everyone says yoga is boring at first but it gets better... okay I get it! She seriously never left my side after I told her I was just looking. I'm not sure if she thought I was a thief or something? One thing I can't stand while shopping is being stalked by employees after I've made it clear that I don't need any assistance. Walked right out of there and don't plan on returning anytime soon.

I went into the Lululemon store to use my gift card I received from a good friend. As a black woman, I am surrounded by the news of racial profiling as well as a victim of it. I walked into the Lululemon store and as I was waiting to be greeted I wasn't. I was totally ignored by the employees and not one of them asked me if I needed anything. I decided not to take it personal because again, I am black and unfortunately we have to be used to things like this as it goes on everywhere. I walked around looking at new items and I see a white couple and another white girl come in. They were greeted without any problem and asked if they needed help. I immediately left the store. This location is terribly racist. If you are black, they automatically assume you are not buying anything. I wouldn't recommend this racist location to not a single minority. Of course whites are accepted everywhere so they don't understand the problem at hand. I will never shop here. I am so tired of being profiled because I'm black. It's gets very tiring.

I love lululemon A2! Not only is the quality top-notch, but this store is constantly engaging in community events. They go above and beyond to be more than a retail store - they work with local gyms, build relationships with guests, and are constantly coming up with creative events to host in-store and around Ann Arbor.

had a terrible experience here. I received several Christmas gifts here and some were duplicates when I went to shop for alternatives and asked for a store credit as there was nothing there at the time that suited me the Manager Erin was rude to me. She told me that because of fraud they have had in the past she could not provide a store credit even though I had the gift receipts with me. She was unwilling to work with me and said a store credit could ONLY be provided with the original form of payment. What is the intent of a gift receipt especially since these were gifts to me. I will have the original purchases go back to the store. EXTREMELY Disappointed in how I was treated by Erin the manager of the store especially since I shop Lululemon frequently. I am not sure whether she chose to enforce the policy because I am African American or what but she was very unwelcoming.
Your times are wrong. I Came all the way from Pinckney. I arrived at 8:20 and the hours say 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. It was locked when I got there. Very disappointed. I would say a 0/5 stars but I can't put that.

The quality is amazing and while it may be a bit expensive, the quality is top notch and will last for years. Highly suggest. Great service.
It's great to have a Lulu store in Ann Arbor! The staff is very friendly and the site always had many of the latest offerings available in stock. Plus the sale rack always has some great deals.
Known quantity. For men over hipster age, it's hard to find a size that won't make you feel like a horse, or pants that aren't tapered so much they may as well be leggings. The quality is usually very good.
