Like many other reviewers, I had a terrible experience with the "educators" and left the store without a resolution and feeling insulted. This is clearly a management/corporate issue. I attempted to return a pair of intact, current style leggings with the hang tag still swinging. Instead of working with me, the sales associate accused me of purchasing them off of Poshmark. I had regularly purchased Lululemon apparel for myself and my husband, but will no longer spend my money at a business with such appalling customer service. From reading the other reviews, it appears the "educators" profile their customers: if you are not young, white and sporty-looking you will be overlooked and unassisted.
