I have been a member of multiple gyms throughout Massachusetts due to moving around and this is by far the WORST gym I have ever encountered. The management does not keep the gym tidy, the staff sit around on their phones all day, and management/corporate are incredibly unprofessional and rude when THEY make huge financial mistakes.
I canceled my auto-renew personal training contract after three months because it was initially a 3-month package, told the trainer from the very beginning to have it canceled after the third month. Made it very clear I loved the trainer but wanted to catch up on all my sessions. Not only was I charged $500 twice, but was charged two overdraft fees in this account totalling $1100! The Director of PT handled this with the most disrespectful and rude comments through email. Made it sound like he had to do so much work to fix the issue, blamed his trainers for the mistake, didn't address anything I detailed out for him in the emails I sent over, and ultimately ignored the issue by asking why I didn't want to continue with his trainer... which is not even the case.
The level of incompetence and terrible customer service is disgusting. I have shown all my friends family and coworkers who go to WOW the emails and told them my experience and no all of them are going to cancel their memberships and find a new gym.
Would never recommend this gym unless there were HUGE changes made to their staff and facility.
