I love everything about this workout! The coaches are awesome and super encouraging, the front desk staff are welcoming, the studio is clean and the workouts themselves are always challenging and FUN! I love this place and everyone I talk to knows it because I never stop talking about it! OTF for life! I never thought I'd be running as much as I can now or lifting as much as I can now. It's a whole new me! Thank you OTF Quincy!!

Great place for having daily motivation of the fitness. I have tried a couple of other Gym but this one motivates me everyday to get up at 4:30am to make it for my 5am class. Great coaches and staff is very friendly!

Well organized very convenient. Coach Irvin has a great attitude and guides you well to achieve your goals. Highly recommend it.

Awesome workout! The coaches are amazing, especially Delroy, Natalie and Irvin! They really motivate and encourage you to do your best during every workout. The studio is always spotless. The front desk is super helpful and friendly! I've been coming here for over a year and I love it. Definitely recommend this studio to everyone!

My first workout was definitely challenging, but I felt so accomplished after the hour was done. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and put my insecurities and anxiety at ease. My instructor was encouraging, gave easy to follow instructions, and made sure to correct my form when needed. I signed up for the unlimited membership once my intro class was done. I'm looking forward to future workouts, especially since the format will be completely different session to session.

I love working out at orange theory. I have never been an exercise enthusiast--but the coaches at OTF Quincy motivate you to show up to class, push yourself, and have fun.

Best workout I have ever done. Each time you go, it's a different workout so you never get bored. Plus you burn a lot of calories.

I enjoyed the workout very much. The instructor was fabulous and the energy from the others taking the class and the monitors pushed me to exceed my maximum resistance on the machines.

Loved the energy of the class, the instructor and the constant movement for almost an hour. Most workouts these days are 45 minutes. That extra 15 minutes really gets you! I LOVE being able to see my heart rate during class. It's definitely motivating to see where I stack up against the other classmates without being embarrassing when I'm behind. It also helps give me a sense of how hard I should be pushing

My favorite workout! Great coaches, awesome workout. Each class is different which keeps you excited and motivated. Great for cardio junkies to get you to actually do something besides run! I'm stronger than ever-- would definitely recommend!

Love love orange theory! I was recently on a weight loss/strength show on NBC and have been having a hard time keeping that same level of intensity in my workouts. Orange Theory made that possible! Over 500 calories burned in under an hour! Its amazing! Take the intro class, you wont regret it. The staff in Quincy is a great combination of courtesy and intensity. They wont let you slack off in your workout that's for sure!

The trainor irvin! He is the only reason i bought a twenty pack in cash! I HATE doing cardio.. like seriously hate it! I worked out with weights my whole life and been around trainors just as long and when i tell you irvin is the best trainor i have come across its legit! He got me to move that day and thats mind blowing because im very anti cardio like i have said.. i burned 850 calories in that class and after he told me tips for a better workout and even nutrition tips! Like who does that ? He took time out of his day after class to talk to me and give me some pointers.. idk all im saying is that he is the sole reason i bought classes and best motivator and trainor i have come across and that is only on day one!

I love the OTF workouts. My membership is the 8 classes a month and these workouts have really helped my fitness level. I ran a 1/2 marathon this past Saturday and had not trained nearly enough. However, I have noticed my treadmill splits have gotten faster. During the race I felt good for the first 8 miles and I totally attribute that to my classes at OTF! Can't wait to see how my next race is even better after continuing my workouts here!!

Best group workout I ever had. Energetic music. Professional staff. front desk was very friendly & helpful. Trainer irvin positively motivated whole time. he also gave helpful tips& clearly explained to me workout results. Highly recommended
