Such a warm and inviting studio! This was my first encounter with 50mm poles (they have 45mms too don't worry ;). I have never been as sore as I was after my first time coming... I took Dorian's class- what a great workout! Also used to take lyra classes which were awesome and even tried silks once. Great instructors and classes all around :) . I don't live in New England anymore, but I try to stop by when I am in town. And sometimes when they are in FL -- I shared accommodation at PoleCon in Orlando a few years back :)

Not like any other studio, the atmosphere here is unmatched: one giant Pole family. You'll find the ladies here are so passionate about what they teach! Pole, silks, floor work, and more! They welcome beginners and veterans alike and the prices are fair, especially if you purchase several sessions in advance... You will easily become addicted. If you read all the instructions on the website before deciding to give it a go and are still confused, just call them up and Dorian or any instructor will be jazzed to tell you what's up.

This my home studio!! The instructors are attentive and knowledgeable and beginners, fear not!! This is a very warm open caring FUN studio with so many classes to CHOSE from!! The owner herself is a phenomenal example of a woman in leadership, confidence, a huge heart, and amazingly graceful and talent thrives through here from the top, HER!
Classes at NSPF are fun and provide a serious workout. The instructors are encouraging and the students are as well. It's a fun, friendly atmosphere. It feels good when your accomplishments are celebrated by the instructors and other students!
Just went this morning for the first time. Will be going back on Sunday. Such a great experience. Dorian is a great coach and incredibly supportive. Can not wait to learn more!
I've been attending classes here (aerial silks, Lyra, and aerial yoga) for over a year. The instructors are amazing and very supportive. They tailor each class to the level of the students attending, which is great. The class limit it very small, so you really get close instruction and lots of time on the apparatus. Overall this studio has been like a second home to me and I can't recommend it highly enough!
