Enough can't be said about the quality of the training to be had here. The Ramalhos have been in the game for decades and produced such greats as Dicky Eklund and Micky Ward. Any given night of the week you'll see a trainer work a pro fighter then turn round and teach a kid how to throw his first punch.... more
Mike was awesome! He showed me around the place and asked me about my goals. Really nice staff and clean gym!. Worst gym ever!! They overcharge your account!! Signed up for regular membership and ended up getting charged for the VIP membership for months, and they make it very difficult to give your money back and cancel the membership.... more
The most extensive equipment I've seen in a gym.. The staff is extremely rude. Don't host sporting events if you are not capable of being curteous to the public.. very un-professional and not accomodating in any manor.... more
Lack of barbell collars, enough said. They have tons barbells, and not enough collars to cover the amount of barbells. I tried taking a pair of collars from one of the trainers, none of his clients were using the hex bar for deadlifts.... more
