Absolutely the best Heath Club facility in Lowell. All the staff members are professional and courteous. The equipment is second to none of any Gym in the country and it's a great value!

This place is unbelievable. They are so great to their members and staff. Always an upbeat environment. If you are looking to reach your goals and see the best results. I HIGHLY reccomend Best Fitness. Best employees around and you can't beat their prices!

Matt helped me out a lot . He really knows how to get a body to react to what I needed. He knew when I plateaued and my body needed a change. Matt and staff do an amazing job! I will be recommend my friends and family to use Best Fitness!

In today's now "health conscious" society. Much can be said about nutritional values, as well as getting proper exercise. But the whole concept or idea, is obsolete when staff choose to be "rude" and "disrespectful". I can try to pinpoint what it is. I chop it up to this new generation. Not all. But there's quite a few of you non-communicative / non-friendly human beings who actually work here "staff members" a specific 3. I'm not your cellphone, I don't want you talking to me, like you talk to your friends. I've been to quite a few gyms and enjoyed them all. And because of it, made good friends along the way. I will say hands down the manager and trainer are fantastic individuals. Who try and go above and beyond keeping their establishment running smooth. I have to give credit where it is due. Unfortunately you have a few bad apples in the bunch.

This review is specifically for Lowell Location. They take Trapping Customer into a Contract for Commission NEXT Level.
The people there are super pushy and withhold information. I signed up when they first open $10/month. They forgot to mention the yearly fee. I didn't mind paying it but it was rude of them to just say "Well every gym has this." Why do you assume everyone know this? Why would you not tell us this!?! And there Are gym that does not have it!
The second time was with my grandmother. We didn't know if she would enjoy the gym or prefer us to buy her treadmill at home. We told them this. We went in and we ended up somehow in the office signing up to "try out" the gym for 1 year. They didn't once mentioned the 7 days pass. AND when I look on the receipt, there was $5 or $10 Donate fee to the special olympic that was NEVER MENTIONED.
Third time, today, a friend want to try the gym out since the location was closer than drumhill. I called and asked for her to try the gym out. The guy didn't not want to give me a straight answer unless we come in person. I had to say "7 days pass" before he acknowledged the existence of it. Then he was like "well what's stopping you from just signing up?" B****. If the pass exist why not let people utilized it. Why are you so against 7 days pass. Why is signing up for a year the ONLY way for us to try it out. Because you get a cut from it. Of course.

Horrible service. No way to cancel the membership when you need to. They use all kinds of excuses to keep charging your credit cards. I signed up different gyms before, this is the only one I CANNOT cancel. Nightmare!

Absolutely awful company. If your interested in Best Fitness, take a minute to read about my experience with these thieves. I worked at the Drum Hill location for close to 2 years, full time, doing sales. Due to my continued success in sales, I was promoted a few times, eventually to the position of Lead Fitness Counselor. While being groomed for management, I noticed how unethically this company operates. The corporate office will stop at NOTHING to make money off you. When you sign up and give them your bank information, everyone's smiling. However, anytime a problem comes up with your account, your payment, a random fee, whatever it might be, good luck to you in getting that taken care of. People call in every single day thinking they cancelled their memberships years ago and now debt collectors call them and somehow they owe Best Fitness thousands of dollars. You need to pay an arm and leg to get out of that contract. The list could go on all day. Noticing all of these unethical practices, I gave Best Fitness a two week notice out of courtesy, and they told me I'm no longer allowed at any of their clubs, don't worry about your two weeks, and the worst part, they didn't even pay me! They harassed me to return the key to the club, and when I asked for my wages, no one wanted to talk. Two years of full time employment, I signed people up at 3 in the morning at this club, and worked endlessly to meet my sales goals, and they denied me my earned wages. I had to file a lawsuit at these clowns for wage theft, and I was constantly being harassed and pressured by them to drop it, and they even told me how hard their lawyers worked to ensure I don't get a dime, etc. I'm not writing this post out of spite, my facts obviously beat their embarrassing sales pitch in court, and now they owe me more than they could have imagined. This post is one to counter all those five star reviews that they literally give their employees incentives to get, half of the 5 star posts are friends and family members of employees, people who haven't seen the inside of any of the clubs. I know the ins and outs of Best Fitness. This is simply to let people know about my experience with the corporate circus that lacks basic respect for others and is clearly extremely money hungry and nothing more than that. I'm on a long list of people that Best Fitness has tried to screw over. If this is how much they care about long time employees, you can only imagine how much they care about each of their thousands of members. Best Fitness is by far the most unethical, greedy, company I have ever encountered. My advice to anyone and everyone is to stay away from these thieves.

Best fitness is one of the best gyms around! The front desk are nice and polite always greeting you at the door! The fitness counselors are so helpful when it comes to any question you may having about your membership! The managers are there to help and are so understanding when life becomes hard and they try to make it the best experience! The personal trainers know what they are doing and explain everything in a way that you can do it yourself so in the future you can workout the right way by yourself! Everyone here is amazing, I recommend everyone to sign up!!!

This place sucks big time. None of the staff is professional. They are rude and obnoxious. The equipments are old and rusty. Their financial department doesn't communicate with the club. They are a bunch of amateurs. I I could give a negative star I would. SMFH!

This is one of the cleanest gyms I've been too. I actually feel comfortable going into the locker rooms knowing it's sanitary. Every time I go in the front desk workers greet me my name and are always smiling. I would recommend this gym to all my friends!!

Went here earlier today and wasn't too sure at first strolling in with my son but man am glad I did! Had receive the best help I've ever gotten at any gym by a worker there named Manikol! She was very informative and such a great personality! Wish a lot of workers now a days were more like her honestly. Highly recommend this gym and most definitely recommend speaking with her!!

This is one of the cleanest gyms I've been too. I actually feel comfortable going into the locker rooms knowing it's sanitary. Every time I go in the front desk workers greet me my name and are always smiling. I would recommend this gym to all my friends!!
