After a long journey of up-and-down weight loss, I started a new fitness program at GISFW. The staff is friendly, motivating, and truly helpful in providing you the support you need to achieve your fitness goals. I am expected to show up, give 110% effort, and be willing to take charge of my own health. The studio is a comfortable, all-women space, that is welcoming and well-maintained. The nutritional counseling paired with the personal attention in training is a great combination for helping to achieve any fitness goal you may have.

I have been a member here since last Spring. Afteer following the diet recommendations (mostly) and attending 3 days per week for weight training and aerobics, I can say that I am feeling much stronger and healthier. I've cut back or eliminated alcohol, sugar and refined flours and gained a lot of muscle strength. The staff are friendly and supportive. It's the only plan that has worked for me!
