Clean the training is old school, traditional the students are awesome as well as the instructor.. I love the cardio kickboxing David is amazing instructor. This class will definitely exceed all expectations.... more
Such a warm and inviting studio! This was my first encounter with 50mm poles . I have never been as sore as I was after my first time coming... I took Dorian's class- what a great workout! Also used to take lyra classes which were awesome and even tried silks once.... more
