Everything at this gym is intact. Excellent.. they got new equipment in the weight room recently. I go in the mornings usually and the crowdedness level is ok. In the evening it can get pretty full though and one has to wait to use a machine for example.... more
This gym has been unknowingly charging me a monthly membership following a trial. This scummy gym weaseled $360 over the course of 8 months and I never even received a key badge. At least Planet Fitness is upfront about robbing people.... more
I enjoy every aspect of the club, extremely nice and accommodating staff, flexible and helpful. The facilities are great, the atmosphere is warm. I have only attended one Pilates class yet, but the class was really good.... more
The pool was pretty good although there were only 2 showers in the men's lockeroom but, overall it was a pretty good place to swim.. Dirty. The drain in the showers is bad and gets clogged all the time.... more

Most people are nice, but will share my experience later.. They have a fantastic swimming pool here . Around 25 metres/yards long with 4 lanes and almost nobody is using this pool, even when the rest of the gym is really crowded.... more

The therapy/spa area is downstairs and the barre classes and boutique are upstairs. Massage therapist, Lashea Williams, was excellent.. The management in this loction horrible. i came a few times for facial with Lila she was rude tricks me with the price and forced me to pay double price for treatment that i never did.... more

Boston Sports Club and the associated clubs managed by TSI International have created cancellation policies to inconvenience their customer. The fact of the matter if you join this club or any affiliated clubs, they are going to use every sleazy sales trick in the book to obstruct that process.... more
There is not enough equipment at their gyms for the number of people working out there. It's crowded, messy and poorly managed. The reason I decided to try it out, was convenience of location, but I regret giving it a chance.... more
I absolutely LOVE working out here! It is a hop, skip and a jump to the red line and the staff is so friendly. After a month in, I did a complimentary session with the FM Megan and decided to buy training! She was so personable and helped pair me with my current trainer! The price is a great value for the service and equipment! I hear more upgrades are coming soon!.... more
