Went here some time ago. Absolutely beautiful gym. Friendly staff. Areas for all skill levels. Whenever I come back into the area I take my daughter here to climb. Great time. Used to be a member here, and would come on a regular basis before they raised their prices.... more

This place did exactly just that. The decor was simple, modern and elegant. We did a couple's massage and both had lovely masseuses who were very attentive.. Massages and Facials were fantastic but the front front desk people were awful.... more
Top gym - Nice layout and easy access to all equipment. Lockers could be bigger. Will be back.. they do not tell you the posted prices is for a whole year contract and will not let you off the hook... more
Compared different places around Central and Kendal and VIM is the newest one at reasonable price. With the membership you also get lots of great free courses!. Great place to workout, lunchtime is best.... more

Most people are nice, but will share my experience later.. They have a fantastic swimming pool here . Around 25 metres/yards long with 4 lanes and almost nobody is using this pool, even when the rest of the gym is really crowded.... more
The therapy/spa area is downstairs and the barre classes and boutique are upstairs. Massage therapist, Lashea Williams, was excellent.. The management in this loction horrible. i came a few times for facial with Lila she was rude tricks me with the price and forced me to pay double price for treatment that i never did.... more
I absolutely LOVE working out here! It is a hop, skip and a jump to the red line and the staff is so friendly. After a month in, I did a complimentary session with the FM Megan and decided to buy training! She was so personable and helped pair me with my current trainer! The price is a great value for the service and equipment! I hear more upgrades are coming soon!.... more
Overall poor experience - I had a massage that re-injured my shoulder, after expressing and writing down in the intake form that I had a shoulder injury. The therapist made me feel like she didn't want me there, I had to ask if we were doing any aromatherapy for my "Aromatherapy Massage", I felt her nails throughout it.... more
Be VERY CAREFUL. With this Gym. They are fraudulent. I signed up under the belief that it was a month to month thing with NO CONTRACT. I went twice and stopped going and they kept reaching out with a bill, I explained my position and asked them to cancel they said they cant cancel until I settle the outstanding bill.... more
I went here for a year, the place was very dirty and only half the equipment worked, the second half of the year they raised my dues from 29.99 to 39.99 without telling me and started charging me extra fees.... more
They are unprofessional. They don't allow you to cancel your membership, and they will always charge you more. If you can't go to PI for certain reason, they still charge for it. And they don't give you refund.... more
Great job. A cozy place for locals in south end. You feel like going to your own gym.. Horrible experience during cancellation. I had signed up in December 2019 for gym membership and 8 personal training sessions but had to terminate due to medical issues with my father and myself.... more
The employees here are impatient, rude, and not transparent what so ever. I called inquiring about membership guidelines and cancellations and the woman on the phone would not let me speak and did nothing to help me with understanding the contract.... more
