Washed 3 of my leggings and they were covered in lint and after I week I finally took them to the store to see if they knew what to do. Chris was SUPER helpful and was so patient with everything. He did an amazing job!! Give that man a raise, he deserves it!

After sharing my experience at the Harbor East location, I was encouraged by friends to visit the Towson location. Talk about night and day! I visited the Towson location on Saturday afternoon and was blown away by their eye for detail and their customer appreciation. I was greeted the second I walked in. I received amazing help from Jake and if you ever have a chance for him to help you out you will leave with so much information and just a heart full of joy because his love for his customers and his job beams through every word he says.
Like my visit to Harbor East I asked if the taxes could be withheld since the purchase was for a nonprofit and while Jake was not 100% sure he consulted his manager, Anne, who was willing to give it a shot. Anne was super sweet, super helpful and I appreciate her.
If you have a choice of locations, make sure you visit lululemon in Towson.
