So excited! I have found an amazing yoga/whole health studio in Frederick, Maryland that is actually about real health and offers a clean toxic free enviroment. Their staff is knowledgeable and non-judgemental, they are there to help you be a healthier you, mind and body. I just did Feldenkrais with Kate today. I can not wait to go back to explore all they have to offer. Part of me wants to keep this to myself but, the other part wants this place to stay around so that is why I am posting this review. Check this place out. First class is free.
