The Physical therapists are very knowledgeable and thorough with treatments. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. In the past, I have been treated at two other physical therapy practices, but this practice is the best by far! The equipment is kept clean and the facility is very organized! The front desk staff and therapy assistants are very pleasant and accommodating as well! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of physical therapy!
Jennifer and the team was my help with the recovery of my painful body. I received the best of care, and knowledge. I can now promote better care for myself in the future. The entire staff was wonderful. The environment so positive and encouraging. If the future holds events to cause me pain I would be happy to return to this team of professionals. I would refer their care to anyone with discomfort and pain.

The entire staff is phenomenal! They significantly reversed the issues I had with my feet. The therapists and their assistants know what they are doing and truly make your session fun! If you need physical therapy, check this place out!
The staff are very hospitable and caring. Jamila and her team are AMAZING! She made sure she informed me thoroughly about my progress and my next steps. If I have any accidents or surgeries where physical therapy is needed, this is where I will be!
Following debilitating arthritic pain, I underwent a total knee replacement on January 12, 2016. Three days later, I began PT with Jennifer Gordon at the Bowie center. Under Jennifer's guidance, I progressed rapidly. After four weeks, I had progressed beyond where I was at the time of the surgery. After six weeks I was fully ambulatory with no restrictions. This rapid progress was due to Jennifer's knowledge of human anatomy and what it takes to repair a problem as well as my own efforts. I worked at it.
Jennifer and her team of aides (two I came to know well, Wesley and Jamilla) know more about the human body than anyone I have ever worked with. Moreover, Jennifer would explain what was involved with a particular exercise, show me how to correctly do the exercise and then carefully monitor my efforts to be certain that I was doing them correctly.
It was obvious that Jennifer and her crew loved their work and enjoyed the camaraderie of the work place. So too did the patients.
About a month ago I tore a ligament in my leg and was dealing with so much pain and distress knowing that my physical activity could diminish forever.
Reaching out to the Physical therapy and sports medicine center of Bowie was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time. Not only was I given expert service and care during my first visit, but each therapy session thereafter has been unbelievably helpful forwards my recovery.
Because of this amazing company and professionals, I will soon be able to return to 100% physical strength and continue doing what I love most, cross country.
