Great studio and teachers! I enjoy practicing yoga here.. Did the Sunday community class with Garland and it was perfect. Wasn't crowded at all and got a great sweat and stretch. Highly recommend this class and can't wait to come back.... more

This is a cute, clean, and bright studio. I have experienced both private and group Pilates classes with different instructors. Instructors are all great and very experienced. In addition, classes are small which makes it possible for instructors to pay close attention to each individual.... more

Boutique studio in Bethesda with Excellent teachers caring and welcoming staff. I love this studio and find that it offers more true-to-yoga Yoga. I can not do the corporate chains that pride themselves in offering aerobic style yoga nor yoga studios with one style of class and No music that insist one force themselves to Work Harder.... more
