Nice little yoga studio. Clean. Well run. Knowledgeable instructors. Very nice facilities.. I love this place! I'm still new to yoga and have been exploring different methods and gone to a couple of different studios, but I find this method the most powerful for improving mental health; and there is also just something really unique and welcoming about this studio.... more

I like this studio!! If you are a beginner to moderate yoga practitioner, I think you will enjoy, the pace is slower than other places, especially the hot yoga varieties :) However, for me personally this provides exactly what I am looking for sometimes - slowing down my mind and quiet reflection.... more
