Excellent Classical Pilates studio with two well trained knowledgeable and enthusiast teachers. Thoroughly enjoyed both private reformer lessons and mat classes. Highly recommend.
A hidden treasure...relaxed, laid-back Pilates studio in an otherwise nondescript strip mall whose second floor is largely devoted to studio space. (The Yoga Center is across the hall). The staff are well trained and know their stuff! I took Pilates for over 10 years in California and Susan stacks up any day against the teachers I had there. She's great at tailoring routines based on individual limitations (injuries, weak spots, etc.) while keeping the classes moving forward smoothly. Laughter, relaxation, and hard work--what more could you ask for?
