After 2 weeks-still very satisfied
From day one this has been a great gym, whether in the cardio theater, taking rpm or Body Combat, or using the machines. They have free weights too.
It's a great gym for people who are serious about working out and getting in shape. Everyone is friendly and the staff are super helpful and social.
Was not in Bossier any longer than a few months for my internship, and I was split between Fit Nation and a couple other gym. I ended up picking fit nation because A: the price was well within my means as a college student. B: they have a deadlift platform. and C: the staff is very courteous and always greeted me upon entry and departure.
All the members seemed to know each other and were accepting of new members and willing to talk to them. The gym itself seemed to be very supportive of police, fire, and service men and women.
Lastly, I thought canceling my membership would be difficult as I had heard of other gyms making it near impossible to do. However I was able to end mine with a 2 min phone call. If I end up in the Bossier area after graduation I know which gym I would choose again.

Awesome screening room that plays a different movie everyday that you can watch while doing your cardio and I love it. They also offer a wide variety of classes and specials as well. They have many machines and other equipment throughout that make it a great place to get fit.
