Too small and not well maintained. Crowded. The only reason it is still in business is airmen are forced to use it..Could be set up better as far as free weights. Only one cable machine ends up making folks have to wait in line.... more
Nice sized with good equipment. Be warned, however, this Anytime has no showers..Nice place..So very clean and recently undated . Such a beautiful Gym. The New owner, Teresa Meyer is very friendly and knowledgeable and a personal trainer herself.... more
Rude and arrogant front desk people. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Sense a tiny bit of discrimination here..I have delt with Dr. Johnson in the past and his attitude toward my life he has on both accacations I have been there is your going to die if you don't get a heart transplant or a mechical while I a trying to exercise on the treadmill " that's going to far as I'm greatly concerned about this man and his position as a Dr.... more
After 2 weeks-still very satisfied.From day one this has been a great gym, whether in the cardio theater, taking rpm or Body Combat, or using the machines. They have free weights too.... more
Love it..very clean and nice people..Extremely happy to have found this gym it is small and not crowded so all the weights are available when you need them including a punching bag all the staff I have met are extremely friendly kind and helpful they have everything a serious lifter needs.... more

need to keep pool open all day when y is open.......to confusing to guess when it is or isnt open for people who depend on it.Staff always nice. Equipment is very old but aside from that, its generally quiet and relaxing place to workout.... more
