I love Sleek Physique! I have been working out with Lauren, Sherwin, Brooke and the rest of the team at Sleek Physique four 4 years! I have lost over 80 lbs and kept it off! No two classes are ever the same! What's even better is that Lauren now has barre classes available on demand when my schedule gets difficult! I literally have no excuses; With Lauren Fox on Demand, Sleek's crew of experienced instructors, the healthy meal options, nutrition coaching and fun fitness events, they set you up for success! I lost weight that stayed off and I don't dread exercising because it's so fun!

Great place to workout and get in shape no matter your age or fitness level. Lauren and all her staff are very helpful with anything you need and willing to work with you. I have been a member for almost 5 years and never felt in better shape!
I had a Stroke in 2016 and feel since I had been working out at Sleek Physique that it helped in my speedy recovery.

Sleek Physique offers the best workout classes in Shreveport-Bossier for the best prices, hands-down!! Lauren is so motivating and personable! She knows each of her members by name, and really makes you feel welcome & challenged during the workouts. Celeb Barre is my favorite, but every class and ALL the instructors are amazing! If you haven't tried them yet, use your free classes to see what its all about!

There is no other workout facility in Shreveport/Bossier that compares to Sleek Physique. I have been going for 4 years and have seen amazing changes in my body. Instructors are all awesome and very motivating. Thanks to the Sleek Physique team. Tami

Love this place! All the instructors are so awesome they are very good at what they do!!! I have joined a lot of gyms and I have to say this one is the best!! So many classes at different times to choose from which makes a big difference when it seems like we are all in a hurry!!!
