As of 3/11/2020 - I have been going to Tankhead for 5 weeks. Admittedly, I was nervous when I first started. I have never taking any sort of boxing or mma lessons in my life. However, my nervousness was unfounded, I felt welcomed from day one. You will learn a lot and be pushed but they will allow you to advance at your own pace. I am grateful that this place exists in Shreveport. I hope it continues to receive support so this place can stay open and continue helping people. If you are on the fence about checking this place out, just try one class - you wont regret it. Highly recommended.

They're a very welcoming gym. They'll push you to challenge your own limits but won't make you feel bad if you truly can't keep up. They've been a huge positive influence on my life and I'd recommend anyone to join.

They are very helpful I highly recommend the trainers are great they take their time to make sure you are catch on and they push you to get you ahead. I always have a amazing time.

I'm in the beginner class and just started. The owners are very nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to learn to fight. They are very involved and seem like they have fun as well. It's also very cheap.

I take the under 18 class and it is a lot of fun. The instructors are fun and make jokes and really seem to enjoy being there. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to fight. Also the first lesson is free and the ones after that are cheap.
