Went to visit due to being new to being new to the area. The place sucked and so did the owner. Very rude lady. My friend told me the owner was new and it was better before, but the past serves me no purpose. I will be going elsewhere.
Was a great place when Jeff and Thunder were the owners. Been a member since 2006, but under the new ownership, I cancelled my membership. She is rude, arrogant and they have better options in that area. Planet fitness or YouFit here I come.
Wow!! I'm new to the area and wanted to try it out. However, I had a 7 day free trial but no one to assist. I've called during the recommended times and no answer. Also I've been to this location a few time but no staff were there as well during the times between 2pm and 7pm (Mon-Fri). This place is unprofessional.
Great place. Big enough. Clean. Professional. Good equipment. Management is great here and works hard to please you if problems arise.
