I took a multi-level Girl Scout troop for a yoga session and it was awesome. It was very kid friendly and the girls had a blast. The instructor, Michelle Gunnell, was great with the girls. She made it fun while teaching the girls beginner poses uses mantras to empower the girls as well as introducing games that enforced teamwork.

The classes, teachers & owners are all great! I especially like the candle light Vinyasa held this past Friday evening. I finally found my happy yoga spot.
