The staff keeps the site clean and machines are always working.
The worst planet fitness I've ever been to. Friendly staff and good equipment, but freezing cold showers (broken hot water heater), little nasty flying bugs in the shower, and rusty lockers.
The staff is very nice. I like that the staff keeps the gym very clean always making sure everything is working good. Very nice people here.
I would give this commercial gym a rating of 8 out of 10, it would be useful if the gym added free weights and the gym would become a rating of 10 out of 10. So far, I have been a member for almost 2 years and I am satisfied of my progress over the year, but I believe that adding free weights can further improve my progress. Although, you may ask why not consider joining another gym? My answer to that question is that Planet Fitness has an amazing atmosphere where I can comfortably exercise and the price is affordable to me. I believe that considering my recommendation will improve the gym's quality and outdo other local gyms in my area!

This is my SECOND time going through this mess. I have NEVER had such a difficult time with cancelling a gym membership in my LIFE. I called months ago to cancel my membership to which I was told I would have to come into the location or send in a letter requesting such. I sent in a letter that was sent back to me for whatever reason. I am NOW out to sea (Active Duty military) & won't return for at least 6 months. I explained this to the first girl who told me to send in the information on the Post Office my initial letter was sent to as well as fill out, scan and fax cancellation forms back. LADY......if I had access to all of that, I would have done it....which I explained to her. She puts me on hold (for the 2nd time) only to pass the phone to someone else without even explaining the basics of my issue. I had to explain everything over again only to be asked about 6 questions (Were you an active member at the location here?- Clearly I was if I'm trying to cancel at this location. Is there no one at home here who can cancel for you?- First, I don't live there anymore....what I said 3 times already & second, if I'm the one that's supposed to cancel, WHYYYYY would I send someone else to cancel for me?? Are you located here now?- Noooooo Are you an active member at your current location?- Where? ON THIS SHIP?! Can you mail in the post office information?-Noooooo What is your name?- I gave that to both you and the other girl 3 times.) I FINALLY am able to cancel after sitting in the virtual interrogation room for about 12 minutes being asked repeated questions. I don't expect special privileges by ANY means but in dire circumstances like this, it should not be THIS hard to handle this. THANK YOU PLANET FITNESS....for showing me what customer service does NOT look like. WON'T BE JOINING AGAIN....EVER.
I love everything i recommend workout classes because lots of females like to workout together. Other than that, you all would get a perfect score from me.

Jessie and Stefan are an asset to Planet Fitness. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They go out there way to help you. The gym and the bathrooms are always clean and the water bottles to spray down the machines are always filled there's never trash laying around. You will always greeted with a good morning. Highly recommend this gym

Great gym. At $10 a month they offer quite a lot of machines and classes. Always clean and machines are in good repair. Have a circuit and an abs training area with a light for timing. Good deal.

They finally got us some new equipment, but mostly only cardio and redid all the upholstery seats\benches. They are more worried about wallpaper and digital advertisement screens, than getting more Smith machines or dumbbells. Plus mostly the same staff that doesn't know how to clean the restrooms regularly.
Good staff, good gym. Never had any issues and people mind they business and just get a good workout. Plus bruuuuuuh!! They got stallions walking around dis bih bruh bruh! Man check em out.
The equipment and over look of the gym is good, the same as most planet fitness gyms I've used, however the front desk attendant is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Refused to answer simple questions, was on her phone almost every time I saw her, and went out of her way to be rude to me more than once.
Love going to work out here, everyone is nice and helpful, and when I don't need help no one bothers me and just lets me get my workout in
I've been going to this Planet Fitness for about 7 months now, and overall the experience has been favorable. The gym is generally clean and smells good, even when it's full from the 5 o'clock rush. Their equipment is working like 95% of the time, but I have seen some instances where both the hydromassage chairs were broken, and some of the equipment was broken for long periods of time.
The employees are generally pretty lazy, sitting around and being on their phones instead of interacting with members... even when they're at the counter. But really, all they need to do in the end is keep the place clean which they do. This kind of 'customer service' is common in New Orleans, especially on the West Bank.
In the end, I'll keep coming here because it's cheap, close to home, and is clean/not full of gym rats that make you feel weird.
Place sucks!!! Even if you get there at a time that is convenient for you, don't expect to freely use the equipment. Way too crowded and people are greedy with the weights and machines. No wonder it's so cheap, it's impossible to get a decent workout. Worst gym there is!!!
I don't know why people are complaining about the staff! I visit every afternoon for my cardio, and the staff is always friendly, and always greets me! And if someone's sitting on equipment on their cell phone, just ask them to get up! That's gym ettiquette!
Why is your institutions so below itself to allow cancellations only through physical interactions and only with the store signed up with. Is your IT equipment and database so outdated you can't or are you just retarded. Please viewers direct your hard-earn money to a place that actually cares about the people's resulresults, French Rivera Fitness. Having to drive across the river to cancel when I have an alternative method of fitness, is infuriating and a waste of my time. Then you've raised the price also. Hope no waste their time or their families time with a gym full of empty words. You can get better results at home, and save money instead of going to planet fitness.
Staff could be better. Only 2 female workers actually do their job. The Spanish lady, and a young white lady with a short haircut. The rest talks and barely does anything. Place is always clean and well maintained!
This location of Planet Fitness has been enjoyable, but it has had its share of concerns. Sometimes the place has a bad stinch to it, but this can be forgiven due to the nature of the business. It isn't too often, but it has happened in the last two to three months.
Another concern is the out of order equipment. Some of the machines and massage equipment has been out of order for days at a time. I'm hoping this isn't the start of a trend because I really enjoy the Gretna location and would hope to see it thrive.
Staff is always on cell,phones or talking among themselves when I arrive and they never say hello or have a great workout, which I have experienced in many other areas. Its a drag walking into any establishment and not be greeted by the very people your money help pay their bills. I am going to contact head quarters next. I have had three staff members say hello since joining in October 2016 but I am seriously considering moving to another gym to get a better welcome from staffers. People don't know that working with the public requires you to help put a smile on customers

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean facilities and equipment. Other patrons are friendly as well. Welcoming atmosphere that doesn't make you feel awkward for exercising.

Compared to other PF locations, this place has the least attentive staff.
The 30 minute work out area is never monitored. That is understandably frustrating for people on a tight schedule.
Also you will often see people sitting
on/at equipment (not exercising) using their cell phone.
But it is only $20 a month.
