Wow! I checked out this club with modest expectations only to find an extremely friendly staff as well as space with everything I needed and then some... much of which is new! It's not big, but it doesn't need to be. It's open 24/7 and no matter when I've come, it's never felt overly crowded, whether I'm doing cardio, weights or functional training. (Their new functional training area they've added since I've joined is top notch by the way and the club feels even bigger now, even though they've added 2 additional squat racks!). I hate to give such a positive review and give this secret away, but it's much deserved!!!

Great club! Super friendly staff, equipment kept in great condition and it´s always spotless! This is definitely my gym of choice whenever I´m on the west bank!

I workout at this location whenever I'm on this side of town. I'd totally join this location if I lived in this area bc of the atmosphere here. You can tell they value their members by the way you're made to feel welcomed every time you come!

Very nice gym, I have only been a member for a month. Donovan is very friendly and helpful. Clean and safe, I wish it was a little cheaper but you get what you pay for.

New manager Donavan Wesley has been very helpful & real hands on. I actually enjoy going there more & will extend my membership from great customer experience. Will recommend this location.

This is a well maintained gym! Don is such an awesome employee. He is extremely professional and goes above and beyond to help me to not only reach my goals but also answer any of my questions that I have!! Very clean environment.. esp the bathrooms.. up to date equipment!!

Saw this location when I was on the south shore so I decided to stay there give it a try vs. fighting rush hour traffic over the bridge. Convenient location, friendly staff and they had everything I needed. While it's a little on the smaller side, it was far less crowded than many other places I've visited. This gym is hospital clean and everything looks brand new from the building to the equipment. And... you're made to feel like you're welcome and appreciated... even if you're just visiting. Too bad this one's not on the north shore... I'd be switching to it for sure!
