This gym offers classes conducive with my work schedule or private training if I'd ike. Very welcoming environment. Love the people and the trainers!
Let me just tell you, I've never been pushed so hard as I have with JP at Equip Fitness. It's the first gym I've ever gone too where I enjoy waking up to make my session on time. The Equip team truly feels like family. It's an extremely loving atmosphere where all the trainers and patrons encourage each other to achieve their goals. You can't go wrong training at Equip.
