This is such a warm community, and very fun. It's not just a place to get toned or whatever. The teachers are engaging, caring, and there are a lot of options for different kinds classes, workshops, events; you can totally find people worth knowing here in addition to working out, chilling out, and getting in touch with some deep thoughts. I looked around the whole city for the right yoga studio and this one is like NorCal in the 70s. :)

The instruction at the NOLA Yoga Loft is top notch. I've attend yoga classes there for about 9 months, and I've been doing yoga for about a year and half now. Recently, I moved to Boston, and I'm now in the Boston area, and attending many yoga places. I have to say that the NOLA Yoga Loft is supreme in so many ways, esp in comparison to the MANY places that I went to in Boston. I WISH I COULD GO BACK to the NOLA Yoga Loft. Tara IS THE BEST.

When I found Nola yoga loft, I knew I had finally found my yoga home in New Orleans. It has outstanding yoga teachers, beautiful space, and a community-focused atmosphere. It immediately felt welcoming in a way no other studio has for me in the past. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I love this yoga studio, the classes are amazing, the decor and surroundings are beautiful. Tara the owner is an amazing teacher and I personally learn something positive from her every time I go to one of her classes! Recommend this garden district gem!

This is the best yoga in New Orleans in the loveliest space! A wonderful variety of classes and teachers, and classes are good for all levels. A nice mix of a good workout, restorative postures, and meditation. Tara is an amazing teacher and is very wonderful with the students. Lavender-scented towels during Savasna, beautiful music, and the most gorgeous ambience!
