Me and the wife were in town for vacation. Let me tell you hands down this gym was the best part of new orleans for me. John the owner is a great guy full of information and always happy to chat. If your into an old school gym feel and a great atmosphere this is where you belong. Thanks again John hope we make it back this way again brother.

The gym is awesome. Old school equipment and old school vibe to it. Mr. John is always available and very friendly. One of my favorite gyms here in New Orleans.

This gym is EXACTLY what I needed. In town for a bachelor party and still needed a place to train. I'm 8 weeks out from my next competition. Had a great workout. Love the owner
