I love Free to Be Yoga! The classes are challenging physically and mentally healing. The teachers are kind, approachable, and motivational. The community there is strong but inclusive. I'm a beginner and love that I'm challenged but not intimidated.

While the beginner's yoga class is intense, the instructors were patient and the meaning of each pose was explained. I didn't have to feel intimidated by my skill level and physical size.

The best yoga studio I've been to so far! I'm a travel nurse so I've been to many studios in different states, and I always compare them to this one! I just recently accepted another travel position in NOLA just so that I can go to this studio again. I'm not good at yoga at all, can barely touch my toes lol, but everyone there (staff and fellow yogi's) are welcoming and nonjudgmental, which is a huge deal for me. I talk about it all the time and I can't wait to start going back!

Since starting at Free To Be about two months ago, I have felt noticeable changes physically (internally and externally), spiritually and psychologically. Free To Be creates a strong sense of community. The instructors and helpers know the practice and offer adjustments on a regular basis. It's extremely challenging, yet calming and centering. I find the facility warm and easy to navigate. Pretty much, for my ability to call what I do a practice, it's the best yoga studio I've encountered. (To clarify that, I often find myself drifting away from the practice and going back to the western athletic stuff I've done my whole life. But I love this studio and expect to stay as long as possible!) Free To Be makes me feel free to be... Stronger. Sharper. More grounded.

I love the time and length and intensity of the classes. The instructors are very friendly and helpful. I've tried several yoga studios in town and this one is by far my favorite.
